Near to Restaurants, cafes,bars and shopping centre. Prayer places are walking distance.i like the quietness, spaciousness and comfort of the room. Flexible check in and out.

I like the room.

I like the room.clean and bed is comfort..hot shower also good..still the location i like the most near mc donalds and atm..the staff quite helpful..iwill stay here again

I didn’t like the morning breakfast especially the nasi lemak..the sambal quite salty.. need to improve..

Good stay.

Parking was free. Staff were friendly. We came back one evening and there were no parking spaces (I think there was a conference or something going on), so we had the free valet service to help us park our car. Location was just nice, mall's just a few minutes away (literally behind the hotel) and plenty of food / shops around if you need anything.

Booking the room through Booking.com meant that I wasn't able to get points on my Sunway Pals, which was a bummer.

It was a good stay.

The room was very, very nice! The valet parking service was efficient.

-The admin/reservation staff (lady) that i have communicated via phone was rude. BUT it was really unexpected when i deal with the front desk staff. Soft spoken ladies ! (Chinese girl and a young looking Indian girl)

When staff take my car he forgot to turn off a/c so my car battery drain They help to charge up back my battery but still i’m not happy how they handle my car

friendly staff but room facilities can be improved

nice and friendly staff. helpful

to improve on room toilet. toilet seat with stains look dirty. made me feel uncomfortable housekeeping did not wipe table. had food bits on table after my meal which was not wiped off during housekeeping. bed is noisy if i move around on the bed.after flushing toilet, there are sound even after sometime of water going down the toilet bowl. no electric plug near the bed . have to put hp very faraway inconvenient.

Memorable experience, pleasant staffs, comfortable room and central location.

From the moment I enter the lobby, I felt very much welcomed. The staffs and the ambiance of the lobby are really welcoming. The pleasant and friendly staffs are what made the hotel a pleasant stay, really. For that, I'd like to thank the manager on duty (Firdaus) and his colleagues who helped me with the check-in. I was more of a guest who decided to book after I walked in and decided to cancel the other hotel that I booked earlier. As they say, a hotel usually makes a difference by the people who made it worthwhile. To top it off, the location is just perfect. Am a frequent traveller to this location, will most likely be back.

The price factor - was wishing that the price could be lower, but it is what it is. There were additional charges (taxes) to be paid on top of the price mentioned. But oh well, it is the experience that makes it worth it. Still hoping for a discount though :p

The tax that was not included while booking. Felt cheated when I had to pay Rm20 extra per day for 3 nights Breakfast not included. NOT value for money.
